Monarch Advisory provides financial education and contract analysis. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our website, booking service, quiz, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, booking notes, quiz answers, and messages. When you book a call, we also process the appointment time and your time zone. Our website may collect limited technical information necessary to operate and protect the service.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver requested resources, send double opt-in and booking emails, arrange or manage calls, respond to you, improve the service, and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and security, Supabase for application data, Google Calendar and Google Meet for appointments, Resend for transactional email, and Zoho Mail for business email. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and your choices

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, and record keeping. You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw email consent by contacting us. You may also cancel or reschedule a booking using the link in its confirmation email.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
